Ac.Milan’s M’Baye Niang is a summer target for many clubs

One of the young sensations of Ac.Milan is M’Baye Niang and the 21 year old French player has already been compared to the likes of Zinedine Zidane as he is being labeled as the next big thing from France.

M’Baye Niang is a consistent starter in Ac.Milan and even at his young age, he has displayed glimpses of brilliance, it’s clear to see why he is being so highly rated.

The young Frenchman has attracted the interest of clubs from around Europe but mostly in the Premier League and he has been linked with a number of different teams including: Leicester City, West Ham United and Everton.

Leicester City emerged as the surprising champions from the 2015-16 season of the Premier League and they received a cash bonus from achieving this historic accomplishment and Claudio Ranieri wants to improve the quality of his team by signing new players, one of the summer targets is Ac.Milan.

During the winter transfer window, Leicester City had already attempted to sign M’Baye Niang as the Premier League club splashed out £12million to try and sign the Frenchman but it was rejected and now they are being linked again with the young star.

It’s rumored that Ac.Milan are willing to offload M’Baye Niang as well as a few of their other younger players that have been attracting the interest of other clubs but if Ac.Milan indeed does decide to sell their younger and promising players, this will significantly hurt their chances of winning matches on a consistent basis and trying to get a European spot for the upcoming seasons.

For the past 3 seasons, Ac.Milan has failed to snatch a European spot as they have struggled trying to secure a top 5 position in the Italian League and things aren’t going to get any better if their young prospects are sold.

There have been talks going on involving a possible Chinese consortium with the possibility of seeing Ac.Milan changing from owners as fans want to see the Italian club competing in the European competitions and this has not been happening as more disappointing seasons go by, a lot of supporters of the club have lost faith in Silvio Berlusconi who hasn’t been investing money at least not in comparison to the initial years when he took over the club.
